Centram Exploration Ltd.'s 10.1 million common share purchase warrants have been exercised for proceeds of $1.01-million. The exercise of these share purchase warrants resulted in 10.1 million common shares being issued.

The share purchase warrants were set to expire on April 26, 2006.
